Content is King - UX is Queen

Content - Content - Content ... It’s an obvious part of any medium. In fact, you’ve for sure heard ...

Content is King

But we all know who rules - or?
Behind every great man there’s a great woman,

UX is Queen

... and this woman/person is busy, solicitous, strenuous, competent and many more.
The content of a website may have the potential being supporting, helpful, educating or entertaining, but we have to keep in mind, in the final or first analysis content is always nothing more than meaningless DATA, each content just become INFORMATION if it's contextual and situationally relevant, readable, findable - if it's difficult to find, read or engage with, users will meet with disappointment.

Content is often referred to as "king" because ...
it is the primary substance or information that attracts and retains the audience. It can be viewed as the basement of any communication or approach.
UX, on the other hand, is referred to as "queen" because it gives the necessary framework or environment in which the content operates. It shapes the relevance and appropriateness of the content to a certain situation, audience, or platform. Good UX ensures that the king, i.e., the content, is delivered in the right way, to the right people, at the right time. Without the queen, the king would not fully be able to connect the content with the audience. Thus my thought is that "Content is King and UX is Queen."

This Queen will as well attract the user and generate consideration, and then this Queen will create impact, need, interactivity and stickiness.
